You will have to modify the 90 non airbag wheel to fit in a 92. The hub on the 2 wheels are a different depth. I purchased some washers (I think 16mm id) and placed them on the taper of the splined steering shaft. Add washers to space the new wheel so that it sits about 1/32 of an inch above the plastic spiral cable hub. You will then need to take a dremel and cut a square hole on the right side of the steering wheel mounting plate to facilitate the raised finger on the hub. Make sure that you do not turn the hub or change it's alignment in relation to the steering shaft. If you do, then spiral cable damage will occur. The two pins on the spiral cable hub will fit through the existing top and bottom cutouts. Check for fitment and proper signal operation. If all is good, then install the center retaining nut with blue locktite. The horn will have to be wired using 2 insulated jumpers from the flat cable to the spade connectors on the wheel. Now that the airbag is missing, you will have a warning light on the dash. The only way that I found to eliminate that was to remove the bulb from the gage cluster. I also fabricated a cover for the steering wheel mounted cruise control switches. I used a textured piece of black abs. You should be able to get it from a stereo shop. They use it to make custom dash inserts and fascias. I can get some pics if you need. Let me know if you have any questions. Hope this helps
